1. Definitions

Inventus undertakes to keep all confidential information of the Client strictly secret for a maximum of three(3) years. The Client undertakes to keep all confidential information of Inventus confidential during the cooperation and for at least five (5) years thereafter. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to: commercial, financial, technical and operational information, designs, drawings, prototypes, contracts, emails and oral statements. In case of breach, the Client owes a lump-sum compensation of €250,000, without prejudice to Inventus’ right to claim further damages.

2. Applicability

Inventus processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Belgian law. Personal data may be processed for: performance of agreements, customer management, invoicing, marketing, profiling, product improvement and legal obligations. Data may be shared with third parties such as suppliers or IT partners, provided they are also GDPR compliant.

3. Offers and Orders

The Client has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. These rights can be exercised by contacting info@inventus.be, including proof of identity.

4. Deliveries & Complaints

Inventus retains personal data as long as necessary for the stated purposes, in accordance with legal retention periods. Inventus applies technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, monitoring). Inventus is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data, Client negligence or failures of third parties.

5. Obligations of Inventus

The Client is prohibited from making audio, video or screen recordings without Inventus’ written consent. Inventus will only make such recordings with the Client’s consent or when legally required. In case of violation, the Client owes a lump-sum compensation of €250,000.
